Rates and Other Fee Payments:
Payment of rates and other Council fees can be made via BPay (reference numbers are included on all notices), Telephone 1300 276 468 (credit card only), Online www.bpoint.com.au (credit card only), or by post PO Box 420 Cootamundra 2590 (with cheque or money order).
Please note 1% surcharge on all credit card transactions will apply.

Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, saving or transaction account. The Biller code and Payment Reference number appear on your bill. (Please note, the minimum payment amount is $20.)

Pay in Person
As always our friendly staff are available to receive payments made in person at our Offices in Wallendoon Street, Cootamundra and Sheridan Street Gundagai. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or Credit cards.
Direct debit
Council offers direct debit from cheque or savings accounts as a method of paying your rates. This method is available by completing the forms on the Rating Forms page and returning to Council.
Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council can send Land Rates and Charges Notices, Instalment Notices and Water & Sewer Notices by email.
Overdue notices cannot be sent by email so ratepayers need to ensure Council still has your current postal address.
In the case of ownership of multiple properties, a separate form must be submitted for each property for which notices are to be emailed.
This request for notices to be emailed may only be completed by the property owner.
