Draft Planning Agreements Policy
At the ordinary meeting of Council on Tuesday 26 August 2025, Council resolved Item 8.4.1 The Draft Planning Agreements Policy be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.
If no submissions are recieved, endorse the Planning Agreements Policy at the completion of the exhibition period.

Draft Planning Agreements Policy
Muttama Creek Masterplan
Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council is working with Martens & Associates to prepare a masterplan for Muttama Creek (the Creek) within the township of Cootamundra. The masterplan will provide a framework for revitalising an approximate 2km length of the Creek’s corridor. It will integrate flood mitigation, ecological and public recreation functions with the open space network and local history and culture. The revitalisation works to be proposed under the masterplan to the Creek will also be the subject of a future Review of Environmental Factors (REF) to be prepared by Martens & Associates on behalf of Council.
Residents are invited to view the Draft Masterplan and make public submissions.

If no submissions are recieved, endorse the Disability and Inclusion Action Plan at the completion of the exhibition period.
